What is area and surface disinfection?
Area/surface disinfection is the removal of 99.999% or greater of pathogens, viruses, bacteria, etc. from the surfaces.
What chemicals do you use to disinfect?
NC Disinfection uses the very best chemicals available today. They include Hydrogen Peroxide and Chlorine Dioxide primarily. Both chemicals offer a fast, effective, "no touch and no wipe" technology that is EPA registered.
Do your disinfection chemicals kill COVID-19?
Yes, both are listed the EPA List "N" for emerging pathogens. They are effective and validated against COVID-19, flu, C-Diff, Tuberculosis, HIV, and many other pathogens.
Can the chemicals be used on electronics and sensitive equipment?
Yes, we use the very best technology available that is compatible with nearly every surface possible including electronics and other sensitive equipment/surfaces.
Are the chemicals dangerous for my employees and customers following application?
No. The chemicals that we use are not dangerous following application. They dissipate very quickly and are non-existent within the area in 5-10 minutes after application.
How long does it take to disinfect a facility?
Each facility is different because of size and content. The larger the space the longer it takes. In general, it will take between 15 minutes to an hour on most facilities. We work efficiently and quickly so that you can return to business as fast as possible.
Do you disinfect facilities outside of normal business hours?
Yes. We will work with your schedule to pick the most convenient times to disinfect your facility.
